Crash due to too many sockets open

On one of my machines, SVNBridge consistently crashes when doing a large checkout. This seems to happen because that machine is running out of sockets. It seems that the WebTransferService.DownloadBytes opens a socket but it takes a while (20-30 seconds) for that socket to close. Doing many operations in a row will then make the machine (process?) run out of sockets, which throws an uncaught Web exception.
I wasn't able to find the source for TfsLibrary anywhere btw, Where can I find that?

The source for TfsLibrary comes from the CodePlex Client source base.

Thanks! No search for TfsLibrary I did was able to find that. Turns out there is a bug in TfsLibrary. See http://www.codeplex.com/CodePlexClient/WorkItem/View.aspx?WorkItemId=9208 for details.
