This patch enable SvnBridgeServer to be hosted in IIS on a TFS 2010 server and allow users to connect with the Collection name in the url. For example, SvnBridge may be installed to this location on the TFS AT:
http://tfsserver:8080/svn/
And the client can connect via:
svn checkout http://tfsserver:8080/svn/TfsCollection/TfsProject/Source/Folder

Description:
Not a patch. But a file that can be replaced with the current one. Before, this application did not have real thread-safety because ReaderWriterLock was being used. It has numerous thread-safety issues, especially with upgrading locks from read locks to write locks.

This has been upgraded to use the ReaderWriterLockSlim. But this is highly untested. I don't currently have a TFS Server (though I use this a lot with codeplex, and I have seen a lot of issues with it). Hopefully in a few years my work will be upgrading to TFS.

You are welcome to try this, but do so at your own risk. Do not use this in a production environment. And please report any issues you find.

Description:
Changed LogReport method of ReportHandler.cs to grab the entire changeset from the TFS server when start < end. Commented in the code the reason for the change. There may be a better way to fix this. Ideally the TFS server interface would allow for this kind of search on the changeset, but that does not appear to be available with the current API. Perhaps the new interface for Server 2010 will allow it (TfsTeamProjectCollection).

As noted in the code comment, this has the potential of affecting performance and memory usage if you have a very large changeset. I've only tested locally on small change sets, but it does get the svn limit command to work.

Description:
Background:
We have a requirement for our code-reviewing solution to have full read-only access to our repositories; we have both TFS2008 and TFS2010 servers. I recently made a change that I thought you might want to consider for inclusion, I quite expect you might change the source-code attached and (perhaps) add some tests, but felt it right to contribute it back.

Issue:
SVNBridge seemed unable to pass along to authentication credentials to the TFS2008 site on 8080 *when being accessed directly (not through the SVNBridge client)* via Digest authentication.

To circumvent this I changed the SVNBridge 56659 source-code to allow usage of anonymous authentication elements in IIS and web.config (IIS 7+ only), this meant that on failure of acquiring network credentials in the normal fashion it would present those configured in IIS (normally IUSR). I also wanted to ensure this configuration could be transported through use of the system.web/security schema (example below).

Known issues:
The application pool needs to run as Local System so it has access to the IIS host configuration.
