Installing SVN Bridge on Non TFS App Server

Do you have to install the SVN Bridge Server on the TFS App server?  I am trying to install it on another server and its not working.  Wonder if I'm missing something.  (It just keeps prompting me for a username and password)

I really don't want to install it on the TFS App server if possible.

It is possible.

But because in this case the impersonation ticket (issued on the SVN Bridge Server ) needs to be used on the TFS Server you have to configure Kerberos delegation.

This is commonly known as the double-hop authentication issue.
